Mayor Rahm Emanuel today laid out 10 ways he hopes to achieve the $75 million in immediate cuts he has said he'll make to former Mayor Richard Daley's final budget.Within the next two months, city commissioners will be expected to reduce their senior management payroll by 10 percent for a projected savings of $5.5 million.
