(Cleveland) - One suspect is in custody, another hospitalized at Metro-Health with several gunshot wounds and an employee is also at Metro following a robbery attempt of a Wendy's fast food restaurant on Pearl Road late Thursday night in Cleveland.
Officers were called to the restaurant and rolled up the the scene with the crime in progress.
Police told the two men to drop their weapons and when one of them repeatedly refused, police opened fire, hitting the man several times in the lower extremities.
The Wendy's employee was wounded in the shoulder. Both are hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries. Cleveland Police continue their investigation.
