Hand over your money, we have probable cause

Police shaking criminals down is nothing new.

Cash seizures based on "probable cause" are also not new.

What appears to be new here is the scale and brazenness of it. It's also amusing to see different forces fighting it out (with words only thus far) over the loot.

We're not Mexico - yet. But we seem to be drifting in that direction.
