Emanuel: 'Chicago is ready for change'
Newly-sworn in Mayor Rahm Emanuel asked Chicagoans today to "share the necessary sacrifices fairly and justly" as the city faces challenges such as improving its public schools, reducing gun violence and downsizing government in an era of huge budget shortfalls.
