BIG JAG OFF AWARD TO THIS THIEF! Disabled 2-year-old's walker stolen from outside his home in Pennsylvania

Connor Passione can't walk on his own because he suffers from Spina Bifida.
The Pennsylvania mother of a disabled tot is desperate to find the heartless crook who swiped her two-year-old son's walker from outside their house on Friday.

Connor Passione can't walk on his own because he suffers from Spina Bifida.

His mom, Amee, is heartbroken that someone would steal from a child.

"There's no way to even describe what I would think of a person that would deny a child to be able to use medical tools to help do what they need to do," she told KDKA TV.

Passione said Connor's physical therapist left the walker at the bottom of the staircase leading to their home in Etna. After going inside to get the little boy, they returned to find the walker gone.

"It's a $300 walker. I can't afford to fork out $300," Amee Passione said.

She thinks the apparatus was taken because it was garbage day and the thief wanted to sell it as scrap metal.

"My hope is that they haven't been able to do that yet and that we can get it back," she said.
