Angry black customer threatens to shoot others at Oak Lawn McDonald’s
A North Chicago man was arrested Wednesday morning after he created a disturbance and threatened to shoot patrons at a McDonald’s restaurant in Oak Lawn, police said.
Elbert E. Murray, 63, was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication after police responded to a call about 9:40 a.m. and found him sitting outside the restaurant, 9128 Cicero Ave., police said. They said officers searched him and discovered a bottle of gin but no weapon.
Murray also was arrested on a Lake County, Ill., warrant for failing to appear in court, police said.
